The Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR), on behalf of the consortium of the Erasmus+ TIGRIS Project, is tendering the development and implementation of a Management Information System and Database for the Internationalisation of Higher Education (MIS).

The MIS is intended for collecting, managing, and visualising data on internationalisation and related activities by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Kurdistan Region, currently those involved in the TIGRIS project but with the option of a potential rollout to and use at additional HEIs in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq in the future.
