Explanation: The TIGRIS Roles & Responsibilities is a project document drafted by the Project Coordinator UGOE, 
which was distrubted to all partners of the TIGRIS Project on February 6th, 2018. It summarized and codified the 
roles and responsibilites as well as structures, processes and procedures for the implementation of the TIGRIS Project,
established and agreed upon during the Kick-Off Meeting.

Explanation: The TIGRIS Management Plan is a document drafted by the Project Coordinator UGOE. Its purpose is
to define the management structures, standards, processes and procedures as well as requirements for the 
Erasmus+ TIGRIS Project. All partners are required to adhere to this plan, its principles, procedures and requirements.

Explanation: The TIGRIS Project Glossary is a document drafted by the Project Coordinator UGOE. It offers
definitions and explanations for terms and abbreviations often used and important for the implementation 
of the TIGRIS Project.

TIGRIS Communication Management Plan (CMP)

Explanation: The TIGRIS Communication Management Plan is a document drafted by the Project Coordinator UGOE.
Its purpose is to define the communication requirements for the Erasmus+ TIGRIS Project and how information
will be distributed. It addresses both internal as well as external project communication. All partners are 
required to adhere to this plan, its principles, procedures and requirements.

TIGRIS Dissemination & Exploitation Plan (DEP)

Explanation: The TIGRIS Dissemination and Exploitation Plan is a document drafted by the the project partner
Kurdistan Institution for Strategic Studies and Scientific Research (KISSR) in collaboration with the
Project Coordinator UGOE. Its purpose is to define the dissemination and exploitation requirements for the Erasmus+
TIGRIS Project and how dissemination and exploitation of the project will be conducted. It also explains how both
terms are to be understood.

TIGRIS Quality Plan (QP) & Quality Assurance Mechanism (QAM)

Explanation: The TIGRIS Quality Plan is a document drafted by the project partner Global Impact Institute (GII).
Its purpose is to define the project’s quality policies, procedures & criteria as well as their areas of application.
It also specifies roles, responsibilities and authorities in the Erasmus+ TIGRIS Project.

 TIGRIS Quality Assurance Mechanism (QAM) | (MS Excel)

Explanation: The TIGRIS Quality Assurance Mechanism is a tool designed by the project partner Global Impact 
Institute (GII). It is used for Quality Assurance of the project. Its purpose is to monitor the project's outputs, 
outcomes and deliverables to be produced during the implementation of the Erasmus+ TIGRIS Project. It should be used
by the project partners, especially the Work Package & Task Leaders to monitor the progress of their work package /
task and related outputs and deliverables.
